Job Summary

The E-commerce Account Manager (EAM) is a cross-functional position that will be responsible for building, maintaining and optimizing Advanced Company Stores for a dedicated group of accounts and serving as the main point of contact for all e-commerce related needs. The EAM will manage all aspects of the Advanced Company Store including product selection, site design with quarterly updates, product ordering, inventory management and reporting, and customer service. The EAM will have a thorough understanding of all product and service offerings and work with their Sales counterpart to best meet the clients’ needs. The E-commerce Account Manager must interface well with our clients, suppliers, partners and all internal departments to create profitable solutions and good feelings. Leading by example, their actions and decisions encourage those who work with them to be dedicated to our vision, mission, and values.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong, positive relationships with your clients
  • Work effectively with internal teams (Sales, Sales Coordinators, Finance,Warehouse and Fulfillment) to create a positive client experience
  • Establish relationships with suppliers and attend supplier events to develop and maintain current product knowledge
  • Strategize with clients to create communication plans and marketing strategies to increase traffic and sales
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to clients and internal departments as needed
  • Resolve all customer service inquiries related to the store
  • Refresh stores quarterly to include product additions, layout, and navigation
  • Monitor inventory and reorder product as necessary
  • Maintain SLA’s and compliance requirements as outlined in program contracts

Primary Interactions:

  • Personal, phone, and email contact with clients and partners on a daily basis
  • Personal, phone, and email interaction with fellow team members including, but not limited to the sales, warehouse, operations and accounting teams.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to undergo a background assessment
  • Previous account management experience preferred
  • Previous e-commerce experience preferred
  • Computer skills: Google Suite applications, Mac based applications
