Elevation is seeking a cross-channel media planner and strategist that will work with the broad and digital media teams, as well as and the broader planning team to define media approach, channel strategy, define and measure media KPIs and oversee media optimizations, performance and client reporting.

This is a full-time, exempt position, with opportunity for a freelance arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead media insights and stay on the forefront of media trends
  • Collaborate and deliver creative media solutions, traditional and non-traditional
  • Develop and present media plans and provide strong rationale to support media recommendations
  • Lead client meetings, pitches, and onboarding of new clients to identify goals
  • Define media KPIs to make the best media recommendations possible directing media spending and channel investments based on client goals
  • Lead media strategy, planning and budgeting including audience and channel analysis – across all media types: traditional media (broadcast TV, radio, print, out-of-home, sponsorships, etc.) and digital media (CTV, OTT, streaming audio, programmatic display, OLV, paid social and other programmatic ad platforms).
  • Oversee the full suite of Google Ads solutions (paid search, display and OLV).
  • Oversee media campaign performance with a high level of quality assurance and use of optimization best practices and ad testing
  • Incorporate digital media tracking via pixels, UTMs, GTM, Google Analytics into the media planning process.
  • Work closely with strategic planners, creative strategists and media buyers and digital media managers to ensure media plans are executed on schedule and in full.
  • Work with marketing analytics to infuse media data into marketing dashboards and build meaningful campaign performance reports and insights
  • Manage relationships with both internal media teams and external media partners.

  • This individual is an experienced media planner and channel strategist with 10+ years of direct to consumer and B2B media experience
  • This individual is proficient in use of media research and planning tools, media tracking and attribution and marketing analytics
  • This individual has deep knowledge of both broad and digital media channels
