Richmond, VA - RCR is pleased to announce the opening of our new staffing division. The division will focus on temporary and contract staffing, with practice areas including office personnel, finance/accounting, legal, professional and technology. The new division means River City Recruiting will now be able to provide a single source for professional staffing and placement solutions to clients and candidates.

Connie Dye will head up the River City Recruiting staffing division. Connie has more than 15 years of temporary and direct hire staffing experience in the creative industry and has been providing marketing, management and consulting services for two decades. She has successfully staffed start-ups in Dallas and Richmond. Connie is president-elect of the Richmond chapter of the American Marketing Association where she has served on the Board for three years. She actively volunteers in local schools, as well as for American Heart Association and March of Dimes.
