Devin Baker is an award-winning executive creative consultant, Group Creative Director, filmmaker, and artist with a story of resilience and creativity. From shaping music culture at Universal Motown to earning an Emmy nomination, Devin has brought his "culture-first" creative approach to agencies like BBDO, Wieden+Kennedy, and Meta. His work has been recognized by Cannes, ADCOLOR, and the Sports Emmys—proving that storytelling has the power to transform and uplift communities.

Diana Brost is a Story Manager at Walt Disney Imagineering, where she helps “Imagineer” immersive stories, attractions, and experiences that delight guests at Disney Parks & Resorts. With a background as a copywriter at agencies like Ogilvy & Mather and Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Diana brings a storyteller’s magic to everything she touches.

For over 60 years, the Richmond Show has brought together creatives from Richmond and surrounding areas to celebrate their exceptional talent and hard work. Creative professionals and students are encouraged to submit their work for judging in the Advertising Show, the Interactive Show, the Design Show, the Production Show, and Student Show.

Whether you are a small or large agency, in-house team, freelancer, or student, we encourage everyone to show us what you got.

Supporting Students

Each year we award scholarships to two exceptional VCU students: One woman-identifying undergrad student and one VCU Brandcenter student entering their second year. We open scholarship applications in March every year and announce the winners at the Richmond Show.
