Description

Once you’ve purchased your entry, you will be able to upload your submission files directly to this website. Image files must be 1000px (width or height, whichever comes first) at 72 ppi. Preferred format is jpeg and must be in RGB color space. All entries should be uploaded if possible, but this is in addition to the submission requirements listed below.

PREPARATION OF ENTRIES

PRINT

Drop off all print entries by 5PM February 15, 2017 to:

Submit all entries mounted on black board with no less than a 1” boarder.  Pieces larger than 18” x 24” may be submitted unmounted.  Campaigns (at least 3 ads) may be mounted on one board or taped together accordion style.  Attach a printout of the entry information to the back of each board.  You’ll receive a link to this page in the submission confirmation email.

RADIO

Submit a URL link to each entry online in MP3 format at least 128 kbps or better quality. If the asset is protected please provide an access password in the link form.

TELEVISION

Submit a URL link to each entry online in QuickTime H.264 video at 1500 kbps, progressive, multi-pass with audio at 44.1 kHz, stereo. For 4:3 aspect ratio, please use 640 x 480 for output resolution. For 16:9 aspect ratio, please use 853 x 480 for output resolution. For any questions about this, please email Bart Thomas at bart.thomas@capitalone.com. Campaigns consist of at least 3 spots. Two 15 second commercials will not be considered as one commercial. If the asset is protected please provide an access password in the link form.

INTERACTIVE

Web entries must contain a URL that displays the work being submitted – the URL may represent a live site or a private site. Other entry types can include screen grabs or other presented in PNG, JPG, GIF or PDF format, as appropriate. If a URL asset is protected please provide an access password in the link form.

INTEGRATED ADVERTISING

All entries must be submitted via video.  Submit each entry online in QuickTime H.264 video @ 1500 kbps, progressive, multi-pass with audio at 44.1 kHz, stereo.  For 4:3 aspect ratio please use 640×480 for output resolution.  For 16:9 aspect ratio, please use 853×480 for output resolution.  For any questions about this please email Bart Thomas at bart.thomas@capitalone.com.
